USA has more sophisticated system than us ofcourse and no they dont have a mixed system of what you are mentioning and they have a more sophisticated rehab system than us...criminals are to attend counseling sessions, community services, prison call centers etc.. etc.. as a part of rehab!!!- Singapore also has similar sort of programs and mind you Singapore also have very low crime rate in the country.. although they do punish people with stick <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /> but they never chop off people's arms and legs.... because it doesn't grow back <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /> Japan I'm not so sure... but never heard such cruel punishment from them either!</blockquote>
