If you are trying to make all your photos invisible you must do so on an album by album basis.  There is a specific <a href="http://www.facebook.com/privacy/?view=photos" target="_blank">Photos Privacy page</a> from which you can manually configure the visibility of each album (as pictured below). This is an extremely useful configuration option and I highly recommend that you take advantage of it.
