In some uncivilized societies, rape is not reported, either because females cannot/are not allowed/too ignorant to seek help of law, the country law needs more witnesses to prove a female's word, rape is accepted in the country ethics, rape is considered the fault of the woman by the society etc. etc. Therefore, figures cannot be compared; the high number reported is not the same as high incidence or high percentages.</p></blockquote><p></p>
