As soon as I start downloading it darts the speeds up to 2-3MBps and then rapidly slows down until 500+KBps and stays in the range of (500-800KBps).I just tried this now too and the same thing happened. My profile there is also under "kosala1212". Please check the last torrent I have there. And unfortunately I don't know if the others are also having the same issue with Dialog connections.
