I have Never experienced undercarriage strike in any road including the worst (off) road Puttalam - Mannar and even Panama - Kudumbigala forest. I imported from the factory and after 3 years of usage (daily) still the battery was 100%. Fuel economy and Battery is upto the driving style and knowledge of battery maintenance. I experienced fuel economy of 25 - 30 Km/L and the best fuel economy I had was above 35Km/L. (1000Km journey by Rs 3500/= Colombo - Habarana - Batticaloa - Arugambay - Udawalawe - Colombo)To be honest I used octane 95 and 0W-20 engine oil and regular maintenance done every 5000Km.To drive a hybrid economically you must have some understanding of mechanical and battery science.Do not believe broker's hearsay.My next vehicle is also Aqua - crossover.
