In many cases wireless last mile is a shared segment. But in ADSL the last mile is not a shared segment.•    The aforesaid points constitute the basis of broadband. They should not be interpreted to elaborate broadband as a week service with inherent slow speeds. •    It is the responsibility of the Internet service provider to ensure an acceptable speed level in broadband especially during busy hours.</blockquote>
