Hi!

I'm not an expert in image hosting but I think i would be able to help you.

1st find your Web hoster, If you are planing to do with a free hosting Solution I recommend 000webhost.com.

Then you must have a Script to upload and give the links of the uploaded file(in this case image) to the user. For this you can use the Max's File uploader or you can create your own upload script using php.

(Max's file uploader Home: http://www.phpf1.com/product/file-upload-script.html)

Next you need to edit that script(if u are using the max's file upload) to suit ur need. This may require a little knowledge about php scrips.

Next upload ur script to ur file host(for this dont use the online uploader provided by ur host, use FileZilla Client)

Make sure u upload all you files to the host b4 testing and make sure to change file permission to 777 (chmod) to the folder whcih the pictures are been save to.

next test the hosting service!
