Then Flint he develops a technique all the way through which  he unswervingly convert water into food and releases the effects on the world. Through his this attempt, food shortage was eliminated as weather delivers food, however another problem rises, the problem of worldwide proportions soon grows when the food weather machine that Flint invented develops a mind of its own and hence insurgents in opposition to its maker.
