Through his this attempt, food shortage was eliminated as weather delivers food, however another problem rises, the problem of worldwide proportions soon grows when the food weather machine that Flint invented develops a mind of its own and hence insurgents in opposition to its maker. Moreover it also begins wreaking chaos on the world.
