These people too will be involved when the preliminary recording of evidence takes place for this war crimes investigation. They will conclude recording evidence within about eight months and they will submit their final report to the UN Human Rights Council. Following this the future course of action will be decided on. “He added: “They will use modern Skype technology for this investigation and they can identify specific locations in Sri Lanka using GPS. We know that at present the evidence ordinance in the world is quite developed. Audio, video, disc, tape and computer evidence will stand in court. If by some chance, this report does go as far as the International Criminal Court in the Hague, then this evidence could be produced by them, at that occasion.”-newsfirst</blockquote>
