Some canopies were filled with sand to build bunkers," the spokesman claimed.</a><a href="http://imageshack.us" target="_blank"></a><a href="http://imageshack.us" target="_blank">He said the following assurances from the Cease fire monitors, the Government allowed food supplies through local and foreign NGOs for the displaced people in uncleared in Vakarai from Manerni.</a><a href="http://imageshack.us" target="_blank"></a><a href="http://imageshack.us" target="_blank">The spokesman said that they had also found a large stock of arms and ammunition in Kadjuwatta and Panichchankerni in abandoned bunkers, after the LTTE escape using human shields. "Already about 4,028 persons, including of 2,947 children, have entered Government controlled areas, seeking protection from the Security Forces," Brig Samarasinghe added.</a></blockquote>
