And also i've got  NVQ level achieved several years back.I visit the UNIVOTEC at Rathmalana my self to handover my application with nother two applications of my colleagues too. two of them also didnt receive a letter informing they are not qualified! I felt something not quite right, when i was saw the front office staff of three people working at there! I doubt this BTec is a fraud which allows only for their related parties or having relationships with government parties !!  They earn some money at least 150/= from each and every one applied! What a shame for government organization to do such fraud !!!Dear Admin & All,  Please Rate this as high as you can to help the others who affect this fraud!</blockquote>
