Find the right vertion of the BIOS u have . if ur computer boots u can find it with SYSTEM Information on Programs--. Accessories - > System tools -> System Information.2.In not Booting u can find this on the BIOS screen .3. log in to ur MB vender and Find the BIOS file for Ur motherbard.     Or Google it to find the right version.4. Press F3 when booting it will go to BIOS/Flash screen. if not find out how to access the BIOS Flash Program. (It;'s in ur MB's Manual)5. it will ask u to enter the BIOS file Using Floppy or CD rom . if ur PC support Flash Over CD rom burn the BIOS Upgrade File to a CD otherwise to a Floppy.6. if u supply a right verion of the BIOS the program will flash the bios and upgrade the firmware. 7. if not succeded,  use ur MB diver cd to Restore the previos BIOS . (Ur MB CD COntains the BIOS Backup for the MB and it's factory default vertion.)8.
