They just doesnt have the ships or planes to do that. Its not a matter of moving 2 million persons (not to say that's an easy task in itself), they have to move supplies for those troops atleast until they have secured a beach head for transport, they have to move fuel for all those vehicles (planes, ships,etc) for that campaign, they have to move enough munitions. Do they have enough ships for that ? no.</blockquote>
