I bought a Military Grade flash light from Ebay and it was $15 at 2012. I got a notice saying that i have an item that needs to be inspect and evaluate for taxes. I got there with the ebay invoice, they opened up the parcel in front of me but until they open it they didn't had any idea what was in that parcel. So i think you don't have to worry about that. Flash light was made from Aluminium that's why it's too heavy. I guess they stopped it because they thought it was something very valuable.</p></blockquote><p></p>
