No solution for backlog. but they are not doing it. why ? simple ansewer No USD.Think abot supply of fuel limited and stopped for 7-10 days, then no power, no transportation, no food (No processing, No transportation), No water pumping for nearly 40%-50% of population, generator will stop, fuel on private cars will end, distance travel will be maximum of 10-15km per day.Think about basic necessities of life. Without fuel even collapse everything alone.it will take 6-12 months see all above, if things worsen at this rate. but think of getting worsen rather improving. that day Money will be useless.So vehicle importation will not open until these basic necessities of life will resorted/restated. </blockquote>
