Told her that I will be leaving the next day at 7.30AM from the hotel. Eventually she agreed less than half the original price quoted and exactly a shoe with the correct size was delivered to the hotel at 7 AM. When I went for breakfast around 8AM the reception told me that your shoe was delivered.That's the service. Would anyone in SriLanka do this? No and that's where we fail.If you want real quality shoes... Japanese ones are so good. Cannot compare the comfort. The problem in Japan, Vietnam or even in HongKong the normally available sizes are smaller than our foot sizes.</blockquote>
