I'm using Parallels Workstation. You can allocate your entire CPU power and RAM to the guest OS making it ultra smooth. It's really fast here on my machine. I haven't tested whether it could run vista or not but it should. I haven't used Virtualbox nor VMware but have used MC virtual machine 2007 and that sucks I tell you <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /> There is a Mac version of Parallels that can run games.
