Go to start and run, then type "msconfig" and press ok. In a Genral tab select "Selective startup " and go to the startup tab and stop all the unnassary programs. after that go to the "Services" tab and put a tick to "Hide all microsoft services" . After that other services r untrusted services!!!! so u have to stop it!!!
