Seems like Vista has finished its developers' part. So has Office 2007. http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=4825 http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=4829 I just can't wait to get hold of both of them, whether or not I could activate it or crack it. Microsoft was saying, "look forward to some "surprises" with the final build". Wonder what those "surprises" would be  All that I hope is that by including those "surprises", Microsoft hasn't done something to affect the stability of the system, because (obviously) those "surprises" couldn't be beta tested with the outside. Another thing, I hope the hardware companies will finish up finalizing their final drivers for Vista. For example, we all know gaming is currently slow on Vista compared to XP. This is not completely Vista's (Microsoft's) fault. The graphics card companies had to rewrite their drivers (actually it's the driver model) because Vista changed the way the whole graphics card was treated up to now. But there are rumours that XP will get DX10 support with it's Service Pack 3. But this would be pretty much the same thing as DX9 with new improved DX10 APIs; not like the core of Windows Vista's GUI.
