Buddhists from  all over the state of Michigan and in cities around the world will gather  together to Walk in support of the  hunger relief programs of Buddhist Global Relief.In addition, Venerable Bodhi will be offering two  lectures while in Michigan, on Sunday, September 27, 6-8pm, in Ann  Arbor, and on Tuesday, September 29, 7-8:30pm, in  Lansing.  We invite you to join this work of compassion by  walking, volunteering, or making a donation.  Online registration is  required.  Date:          Sunday, September 27, 2015  Time:        9:00 a.m. check-in, 9:30 Walk,  followed by a picnic lunch and Discussion of BGR projects, including local BGR  parter Keep Growing Detroit  Location:   Kensington Metropark, Milford, Michigan  Directions to Start Location:   Kensington Metropark is located off  Interstate 96 just east of US-23. From I-96, take exit 151/Kensington Rd and  enter the park; there is a $7 entrance fee/car; After entering the park, drive  about a half mile past the toll booth to the West Boat Launch Picnic Area on the  right side of the road.
