In sinhala there is no standard font yet, everyone use their favorite or their own font. And almost 90% of people don’t have sinhala fonts installed, even they have its different sinhala fonts with each other. So if we start this, we have to make people download and install the font. Will they do it just for reading the forum? Machan now the forum in English and every1 can read that, if you want sinhala you can type it in English letters, but still only few people post in the forum. So just imagine when it’s in pure sinhala letters and have to download sinhala fonts and install. No one will even bother to look at them other than you guys.     The biggest disadvantage is Google will rank our site as non English sites and it still can’t figure out what language it is. Anyway so elakiri will not comeup with normal google results and it will be huge disadvantage. Guys if we had official sinhala font/unicode with international recognition that comes with IE then no problems. But no luck!     So what I recommend is just have your own sinhala font files and put sinhala words as images and type your text, as those Koombiya, nikini etc.. writers do.</blockquote>
