It's very sad to see that there are so many internal issues within the UNP at a time when they all need to unite and stick together. Ranil is a clean and honest Gentlemen. This is nothing new for a party which has been in the opposition for a long period of time. Go back to 1977 -1994 period and get a flashback review. Had Mr.Ranil Wickremasinghe become the President in 2005, which he deserved, where would have been these people including the members of the break away group of UNP? How pathatic, No party member seems to understand Ranil's brains, except some Inteligent masses. It is better for those ones who want to revolt against Ranil to leave the party. In this way Ranil will be able to get rid of the unwanted people from the pary and pump in some new intelligent, well educated young members in to the future Parliment. Today the Parliment has become a Jokers Paradise. Ranil should use Sajith Premadasa to educate the Rural masses. I think at this time it is not good for the UNP to crate any leadership crisis within the party. However if the party needs a new leader Ranil should go through the constitution of the UNP and ask the truble makers to put a proposal in it. In the meantime the party members should know this change is going on democratic manner. If Ranil thinks today to act as a dictator within the party and decide everything by his own is not suitable today. He should realise the truth and learn how to tackle the party leardership.Finaly UNP should be a real democratic party. For this task I think Ranil should not think as his previous leaders did. He should be a democratic leader. Then only he should overcome the present crisis within the party and give a leadership to the country. and im asking again from u where in the hell u can find a organization that says  sri lanka is on the rise....r u expecting a rise from a Some one like MR, a rogue, liar and selfish, egostic person? Wake-up men, open your eyes!!! there will be no rise in near future but the rise we have now will be in danger get a grip ranil is nt cunning enuf to steal sm1 votes n says im ur president n this is my democracy...u think ur views are un biased?? ur talking with some dead facts about mr i bet mr have no idea what ur talking about...ur clue less juz making some dumb assumptions from everywhr u cn find to crdit mr...and no ur nt convincing...he is still the same n he will be the same...sf got some values in this country while government only got issues...people have given him a value of a hero who saved this country for a peacefrull environment...n mr stole that value from him...n ppl like u always making up some bs n covers mr muds</blockquote>
