I had some experience in 2003 when I was appointed as a moderator in a popular techno forum. Having 1000s of posts per day with millions of user visits was not easy to handle at all. However when it comes to a social forum like EK, I can imagine how hard it is to handle. (This is the reason that I only run a 100% technical forum where few of us can handle, I can't get that stress)Just a few ideas for the management.(1) Add content filtering (Sinhalese bad words are hard to trap anyway)(2) Strict member ban policy. (If they behave badly, their account will be cancelled with no reason asked)(3) Add "Report this post" feature, so community can help moderators to quickly identify suspicious activity(4) Introduce a new discipline policy where everybody should behave like good humans regardless of their political view, religion, race, creed or colour.(5) Member validation policy where people can't create many accounts as they want (This is not easy. FB uses SMS based validation but it is too costly)I think "Report this post" will be a good start.</blockquote>
