Ruble is actually stronger now in real exchange terms, because Russia needs to spend much less dollars for imports. China and India both accept Ruble payments.Therefore if this is true, this was a well thought out master stroke by Putin. Nuclear plants are opening back up, and just check which country exports cheapest and most abundant Uranium ore. (technically Kazakhstan but check who's providing machinery and infrastructure, and also, who borders it if Putin wants to get creative again <img class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" alt="😜" title="Winking face with tongue    :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:" src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/1f61c.png" data-shortname=":stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:" />)Europeans already have pants on fire. (or rather ice) They have realized that no other green energy type is available in the dead of the winter. (Very little solar and no economically viable wind power.) Green revolution means there could be some infrastructure in the future to handle this, but they'll never get there this winter.
