" and in my interactions with  various people have come to the conclusion that women handle and manage  lots of daily chores besides fulfilling their professional commitments  more adeptly than men.I feel what makes them a good manager is the fact that they have a good  business sense both at home and also at the office and hence they know  who is doing what and what is actually required to complete a project or  work.Plus the fact that women have a more pleasing personality than men makes  them achieve a lot more with smart work instead of bossing around.I would love to see a few thoughts from others in this forum on this  topic.  Cheers !! <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/wink.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=";)" title="Wink    ;)" data-shortname=";)" /></blockquote>
