I think software piracy is bad . but i think sharing is good nee..torrents are like that. but the thing is in SL broadband internet connectivity is not widely spread among the country. so person who are in a rural area cant move in to the new technology. Open source application will be a good solution for this for sure. But the thing is that 99% people in Sri Lanka is used to Windows platform. So to overcome that problem education institutes(most probably Univercities) must use linux based OS and they have to initiate a project to introduce opensource application to the society,These are my thoughts on this issue, Like to know u r thoughts.thanks Chamithal for starting this thread. Its a big issue these days.</blockquote>
