See the problems student who graduate from Sri Lankan Universities face, even tho they have the knowledge there are no job. Investments are needed to create these job opportunities. and the politicco should not give job posts based on relationships, the job post should go to the right candidate with right qualifications. the reason for the education system brake down in Sri lanka is there are people that who should not be in those educations institutions high ranking seats. ,where the things are governed. If there are good job opportunities in Sri Lanka, and if the Government and private sector propose jobs for students including the people who left the country, we can eradicate the knowledge migration.
