Their NIC had been destroyed in the fire.</p><p></p><p>Dr. John Pulle told Timesonline that he had voted at the same booth located in the town for the last 30 years and soory that he was not able to vote this time.</p><p></p><p>He said that the respective Grama Sevaka was present when he called over at the booth, but was turned away.
