Imagine for a second, an organization called X is going to start such a research lab here in SL, they have the investors and what not. then the next phase is the approval phase. everyone needs a cut, and it takes months or may be years to establish, then comes these "wurthiya samithi pisso" and "GMOA' and all others with strikes....end of the day the Investors will find somewhere else for the projectthat is what exactly happened with the Google project to establish an office in Sri Lanka.</blockquote>
