Learn MBA.IT is rubbish I am an IT Guy. If a Doctor with 10 years experience is  Brilliant Doctor. But IT Guy with 10 Years experience is rubbish. New  guy will have latest Experience. You cannot stop learning. Like  accountants,. Marketing is hard at first but becomes cheese cake  afterwards.A guy with a MBA can become IT Manager. Where as IT Guy is stuck to his field.</blockquote>
