Those posts are held by people who can get most votes. Wimal can do that. He says he got Mahinda won. People don't care what he does to get votes... if he get votes people will trust him, respect him and do anything for him. He is qualified for the posts. But it seems that no one thinks he is good for finance. perhaps they may have lost trust because he failed to unplug from World bank.
