I said like that because there are certain releases that were modified to include certain 3rd party applications and files.after you found the Windows 8.1 release then search for one of aforesaid activators (mentioned in above )and then download it and follow the instructors, given by the activator to activate it. remember, there is NO permanent activator for Windows 8.1 ,the ones available in the scene ,only activate both Windows and Office for 180 days and when it wants to be renewed ,it has to be activated again but don't worry ,the process is automated and it's programatically done by the activator itself through Windows scheduler.</blockquote>
