Women can wear a bikini in the beach and enjoy the sun. So what Iran is trying to do is punish such women. Is it fair enough according to your moral values? Why can't they enjoy the beach if men can? Getting a suntan does not mean being nude or incest! I'm not telling women should wear less and less. What I'm pointing out here is they should have the control over what they wear.
