I read some articles about this and there's a lot of debate around this it seems, some scientists say most venomous can be determined by taking each snakes poison at the same amount and see which is most deadly to mice (some method called LD50), and some say you cant measure like that because every snake's bite is different in the sense that they inject different amount of venom to its victim so in the real world the state of how venomous it is depends on the bite....Maybe yours is right if we take the 1st method I guess.. anyway I saw some lists actually have sea snakes, I think you are referring to "Hooked Nosed Sea Snake" and "Dubois's reef sea snake".. I saw these 2 snakes on top of a list..All said and done its really a fascinating subject.. And what's your thought on Sri Lanka's bio-diversity? I think we are very lucky to have some of the most feared snakes on earth!!</blockquote>
