Startin with the most backward, helping people in poverty, nd thn move on to things of beauty ... lower wages to all politicians and especially reducing da number of politicians in Srilanka because it is totally unnecessary and a waste of money of poor people . Giving more rules on everything and to have stricter laws (same for all, not only writn on a paper) ...........
