The offer was made during a meeting of the National Assembly at which the Champions Trophy issue was being discussed, Ijaz Butt, the PCB chairman, told Cricinfo.   Butt would not confirm whether he would accept or reject the decision but said he would discuss it with Younis.   The head of Pakistan's parliamentary committee on sport had accused the team of deliberately losing to Australia in the ICC Champions Trophy in a group match and called for changes in the national cricket board. He also said he would summon the board chief and captain before parliament.   Younis, who had earlier insisted he continued enjoying captaincy, was <a href="http://www.cricinfo.com/iccct2009/content/story/428784.html" target="_blank">upset</a> about the allegations and said it was disappointing that they had been made without any concrete proof.  The ICC's Anti-Corruption Unit has been investigating Pakistan's matches against Australia and New Zealand in the Champions Trophy.</blockquote>
