Look @ the attatched pictures & get the idea. according to my experiance FDM is the best one. Its does not lie & is very flexible in customizations & stuff... Amazing tool. Even @ the routers you have controllling for MIRs. So there is no way that you can get a peek avarage of 70-80 kBps in 512kbps line. The only point is IDM can lie but it cant fool around with the time <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/P.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":P" title=":P    :P" data-shortname=":P" /> . The download I checked is of yahoo widgets 14.63MB in size for both download managers on 512 kBps. Check with the windows time & added time on each picture.
