Cheapest Nokia 3G Phone ????..............

What is the cheapest good quality Nokia 3G phone in the market?. As i know this should be Nokia 3120.

If you know any other than this?. I'm looking for recently released one. 3G is expected to use for video calling, so phone should have front camera. And i hope to buy it from ebay.

I think the Nokia 5235 is quite cheap.It is the latest dual camera cheap phone i can think of.
