Army camp trainings for University Freshers

There are separate section for Female officers and other-ranks in army. For example Sri Lanka Army Women's Corps (SLAWC). So for female students, there are no interactions with male instructors or officers.

But why can't they give it as regular lectures in Uni. ?
Inside Army its their rules and regulations. WTF!

Yeah might be bullshit for some vein less geeks like u buggers but wat a man needs most in life is discipline & leadership abilities also some stamina. This is why most of the European nations have made it compulsory for each n every man to get their military training (Non weapon) after their high schools (finland , germany..etc..) this builds a great morale abt life in a man & they will face life with no fear & a perfect decipline, which will make the county a far more better one.

This petition ting is done by the JVP Dominance in the unis cos they know once a man get a backbone their influence & violence is not gonna happen anymore, Dude just tink the bigger picture, u might neither have the strenght not the motivation to go through an endurance program. so at least shut ur wide mouth & mind ur own geek business,,, see what the country needs... it doesn't needs spineless geeks who are virtual heroes online... but real men who are capable of doing things as men..

I think the main problem is accommodation and human resources. How can the government can organize training program for 20000 or more students without wasting so much money on accommodation and other resources. Since the army recruitment procedure is stopped now after the war they have room to do training and lecturing. Since the students are not officer cadets or army recruits rules in the army and army customs doesn't apply to students.

The objective of army and university is totally different.

In the army they try to make people with similar abilities,ideas and strengths.( even their appearances are same ).So that they can replace each other at war.

But in the university what matters most is the diversity. Each student should be unique with their abilities,ideas and strengths.
