Fonseka daughter detained at BIA

Jailed former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka’s daughter Aparna Fonseka was detained at the airport for a while and released by the immigration authorities and the CID today since they had mistaken her for her elder sister Apsara Fonseka, the wife of Danuna Tilakaratne wanted in court with regard to the Hicorp case.

The incident occurred when she returned to the country from the US along with her mother Anoma Fonseka.

Mrs. Fonseka told Daily Mirror that her elder daughter had been blacklisted by the emigration authorities over these court cases involving her husband.

Now who here is going to say Mahinda is a good person? I really hope these issues will cripple the country for a while because, though it may seem that I'm a person who doesn't love my country when I say it, it is the only way to make our people learn a lesson! There are two ways to tell a child "Tell him" and "Punish him"...
