As far as I know, U cannot install a back up game for a different account (u may can after changing some settings on the back up although, like reloaded releases).. I had another account for steam once it was blacklisted I could not install my MW2 back up to my new account..You need to dl the game again for the new account..Don't know, may be u can since it is a free game

Right Mouse Button Cloak and De cloak.
You only can move while cloaked.
