Airtel 3G or Dialog TV

Guys,

I live in a 2 story house and recently I bought an airtel 3g connection. And I have signals up to 93% in-terms of HSDPA when i use the dongle in 1st floor and I don't have 3G signals (only EDGE) when i use the dongle in ground floor.

There's a dialog TV connection that has been set up just next to my room in ground floor. Could this be blocking any Airtell 3g signals??? Is this the reason I dnt get any 3G signals in the ground floor???

I know you guys are experts in these area.. Pls help me...

if your living in a flat, other buildings can be blocking it. change the place and try again! (direction) or use a alminium pan eg: put your dongle in to a alminium foil pan and it will incrase the signal visibility

machan my dongle is huaweli K3520. The dongle is like a memory stick. So in that case i dont think you can put a aluminum foil pan. I have heard that i can fix an external antenna to boost up the signal strength. but for that you need to remove the cover of the dongle and get the port out which im reluctant to do.
