So that is why my GTX 275 Gave up on a 450Wpsu.. righttt...

yes definitely your 275 needs minimum of 40 amps on 12v rails to run entire system (12v * 40 = 480) then how do your 450 W provide 480W in 12v rails...and there is also other rails in psu 3.3v,5v etc..... that is why we need more watts on psu..

but system with gts 450 do not exceed more than 34A on 12 v rails (34A * 12v = 408W) for entire system...so good 450w psu can provide 34A or more than that on 12v rails...
