Best thing is to meet psychiatrist before going for Vasectomy. Nywy if u want, go to any government hospital and ask for it. itz free of charge...

idiot! teaching hospitals are the main hospitals. im not sure if the operation is offered everywhere and its shrink, not shrimp!
