APPLE IPOHONE 4S Price Confusion

Hey guys i need a liitle help in clarifying the actual price of UNLOCKED apple iphone 4s for all three data capacities 16GB, 32GB and 64GB

on the iStore, the following prices are given

it says 64GB is $849....yeah, shipping starts in november

BUT

in ebay, it shows the price as around $1300....

thats like a diffference about $450??

the factory unlocked iphone 4s will be available in usa starting from november but there are other countries already carrying the factory unlocked iphone 4s. so resellers from those countries are trying to the get the maximum profit out of it.
