Damn it's easier than I thought

What I did was

STEP 1 - subtract 1 from first number (7-1=6)

STEP 2 - Add second and third numbers and multiply it with the answer in step 1 ((2+5)*6=42)

STEP 3 - Add the third number (42+5=47)
