i got a 30W LED once with driver for Rs3000 or something,it had light around 500W incandescent lamp,unfortunately it got damaged due to misuse![]()

is this uses capacitor or transformer to reduce voltage?
Looks like it use capacitor reactive method for limit current through string of LED.
Im also built such Lamps, but they all died withing few months. some capacitors also damaged. Thanks to high quality parts available in Sri Lanka.
