Jacqueline Fernandez’s refusal to share a passionate kiss with Hrithik Roshan has cost her ‘Krrish’ sequel; buzz has it that Sajid Khan barred the actress from getting cosy with the hunk of an actor.
Apparently, Rakesh Roshan was adamant to sign the Sri Lankan beauty as he landed on the sets of ‘Housefull 2’ in Filmistan Studio to coax the actress. However, things didn’t work out as planned by Roshan Sr. as a source told a daily, “But Rakesh`s visit to Filmistan proved to be a futile exercise. The meeting at Filmistan Studios ended on a very ugly note. The meeting did not go as planned for sure. It is however unclear whether Jacqueline opted out or Rakesh Roshan sacked her.”
As for now, the ‘Krrish’ sequel is once again without the female villain.
Earlier, Chitrangda Singh was supposed to play the negative role but when she saw the script, she didn’t like the concept of a cameo as she was expecting a full-fledged role. Hence, Chitrangda quit the film and Jacqueline was roped in.
Interestingly, post the Box Office success of ‘Murder 2’, Jacqueline has started throwing major tantrums. “She had refused to wear a bikini for the film. Somehow that issue was sorted out. And now, she refused to do the kissing scene,” said the source.
When contacted, Rakesh Roshan refused to comment but Jacqueline`s business manager confirmed the news and said, “It is very unfortunate that Jacqueline is no longer a part of the ‘Krrish’ sequel because of date issues. We tried our level best to work out dates for the next five to six months but things were simply not working out.” (ZeeNews)
