Under the temperature of 250 degrees liquid polycarbonate gets shaped into a disc. And the info on the matrix gets imprinted on it.
Workpieces with information get into a cooling machine.
Then they get covered with reflecting surface so that laser ray could read the info.
Half-finished production.
Laser test rejected one copy out of 40.
After one lot has been produced it gets painted.
Room of temporary storage.
Preparing the covers.
Every DVD goes with a hologram.
These women prepare DVD boxes with an unbelievable speed.
Wrapping the boxes with cellophane film.
